In late September 2011 Unique Attractions hit the road with two 45m x 60m Grand Event Tents, a 25m x 35m Unique foyer tent, 3600 seats and an unknown amount of skivvies as part of Wiggly history.
The first stop on the Wiggles 20th Anniversary Big Birthday in the Big Tent National Tour was Mandurah in Western Australia, a mere 3,500km from Unique's home base. From there the tour covered Perth, Adelaide, Albury, Sunshine Coast, Gold Coast, Canberra, Melbourne, Brisbane and Castle Hill before finishing up just before Christmas at Sydney's Entertainment Quarter.
The shows were very well received with a large number of people commenting on the intimacy of the venue. Despite the venue containing 3600 seats no single person was ever more than 20 meters from the stage and there was still plenty of room for Wiggly dancing!
"The guys and I had a great time doing the tent shows. To have that many people able to get so close to the stage made for a fantastic atmosphere". Anthony Field (the Blue Wiggle)
